JPA was established in 2011 and is principally engaged in the maintenance, waterproofing and renovation of buildings, rehabilitation of Fresh & Flush water tank as well as interior decoration works and window inspection services.

The clients of our Company include property management companies, large and small housing estates, schools, corporation customers, shopping malls and private residences. We also have experience in handling outdoor work such as car parks, road lights and road repair work.
